The most important challenges now faced in many countries are those of institution-building.  The vast and valuable executive experience available to us through our  Financial Sector Core Group has equipped us both to help build institutions and markets from the ground up and to strengthen those that already exist.  Because many members of our Directors and Board Advisors have held very senior positions, we have the capability to advise on strategy, but we also work alongside managers on their “front-line” tasks, and manage projects from design through to final operation.
